Good doctor but waited over 2 hours..The office obviously must schedule multiple appointments for the same time.

Dr Shah spends a lot of time explaining things. She helped me understand my diagnosis and treatment options. She went over all my bloodwork and what all the different antibodies meant. She really cares and never forces tests or treatments. She listens to me. She's awesome. Thank you.

She has helped me through a very difficult time- i had lots of inflammation in the blood and had seen neurology as well as pain management. All along I had a negative rheumatoid factor however i had a high ESR with joint swelling and neck pain. I stopped working. My kids saw me fall into depression. Dr. Shah explained that i could have seronegative rheumatoid arthritis which meant that although the blood was not showing antibodies, the inflammation had already started in my joints. I read alot about it and they say that the disease can turn into other diseases like lupus and scleraderma as well as full blown out rheumatoid arthritis which my neighbor has. I tried to eat better and exercise as she recommeneded but i did need a little drug therapy to help me battle this as well. I'm very careful about what i eat and how much sun i am getting. I started working again. I believe in myself again.

Dr. Shah has great advice on health and fitness. I went home and revised my diet and snack plan accordingly and now six months later, I've lost 10lbs and feel great. The inflammation in my body has gone down and I feel cleansed. Dr. Shah used medicines along with therapy, exercise and positive relaxation techniques to treat me as a whole person. I will never forget her as an integral part of my recovery,

I became very concerned by the sudden onset of several autoimmune symptoms (swelling, soreness, and stiffness in the soft tissues of my hands and feet). After having normal results on an initial battery of diagnostics, I was told I needed a very capable rheumatologist for further analysis. I was referred to Dr. Shah by several personal acquaintances I've known for years. Fortunately, although Dr. Shah keeps an extremely busy office schedule, her pleasant and helpful office staff was able to accommodate me in the same week .In my examination, Dr. Shah was very thorough, observant and knowledgeable, and her warm and unassuming bedside manner made me feel much more at ease during what was a very stressful and worrying time. Dr. Shah prescribed for me a short course of medication, with a convenient dosing schedule and minimal side effects. And she took the initiative to reach out to me by phone to track my progress for several weeks after my visit.Today, I feel so much better. She is… unquestionably the best doctor I've ever had. I give her my highest recommendation. Thank you, Dr. Shah!
