just an amazing experience. very knowledgeable and caring. I waited 30 min but well worth it.

lost over $1k because your secretary hung up on me twice and then said she thought that was acceptable bc she heard buttons pressed on my phone but when I looked at my phone that wasnt the case I just wanted to verify that the price was still 1050 for RC on #3 I was referred by a reputable orthodontist.. I cant believe how ignorant some of these ppl are... anyone who calls a perspective patient annoying bc they believe a button was pressed and hangs up continuously without even saying hello or explaining what the problem is and then the 5th time I call she finally stays on long enough for me to ask "are you hanging up on me on purpose" her reply, "yes because your annoying... your pressing buttons while your talking" EXCUSE ME she must not understand that she isn't in her projects and if she wants to act ghetto she deserves to get slapped just like she would in the hood.. In the professional world we communicate about issues we don't call names and act ignorant unless you think you… have some sort of upper hand, dont mind losing business and money and are a power freak.. she is obviously uneducated, doesn t have any SENSE to rub together. I have to admit I lost my temper. Theres nothing I cant stand more than a person making the assumption that I am some privileged person who is going to tuck my tail between my legs when they get ghetto in a professional atmosphere.. I am disgusted that this woman wasted my time and you lost my business bc if I see this lady I will not hold my tongue and frankly I have no time for ignorant and undignified ppl....
