If you’re the 1st the appointment dnt expect to be seen at your appointment time. As this doctor strolls in & out when ever she feels like it with no heads up. Previous MA’s Catherine & a new girl who said she was interning (blonde hair) were AMAZING. Phones were always answered, paperwork faxed/emailed, scheduling, all done in a timely manner with a smile. I don’t know what became of them as I have walked by several times & have not seen them in office. When you finally get to see the Dr. You’re in there for all of 3 minutes. She’s drier than a dessert, & for some reason requires an office visit/video visit for blood results even if everything is within normal range. The office itself is okay, when I went there were men there fixing a leak in the ceiling. The chairs could use a good cleaning, and bathroom usually is dirty. I came here as a convenience as I live in the area but I’m actively looking for a better PCP.

Great doctor, Always available for last minute (same day )appointments. Staff is lovely they go out there way to help you any way possible when ever the doctor is not available. Would recommend her .

Poor overall experience. Dr lacked bedside manner and was impatient towards me. I waited an hour to see her on my first visit and she spent all of 5 minutes with me- I’m not sure she even examined me. On my next visit to review blood results (which I made special arrangements to go to since I have a 9-5 job), she wasn’t even at the office during my appointment time and her staff had to check to make sure the results were even in. Would not recommend. One of the worst experiences at a doctors office I’ve had.
