Dr. Kanika Jaggi, MD

Medicine was called in to wrong pharmacy. Told me prescription that needed her to sign off on the had never received. Called the other doctor who has verification for 3 voice mail calls for them to called them . My experience has been a nightmare . Billing issue involved also .

She’s so easy to talk to and I really enjoyed her gentleness when it comes to hard conversations with health! I enjoy my doctor!

After having a very scary TIA shot across the bow, I was faced with not having a family doctor, and trying to find one to see me on short notice. Amazingly, I was able to get in to see her within a day of locating her in my network. And then to be greeted with a very calm and freindly atmosphere was wonderful. And then I met Dr. Jaggi. Her bedside manner was very comforting, non judgemental, and Not condescending. I felt she listened very carefully to all the concerns I could think of at the time. She will now be my family doctor from this day forward. One of the big problems I have with medical providors, escpecially the older generations is there inability to look outside the box, let alone having the desire. I immediately got the sense from her, That she is no where close to residing in that box. For me to make a first impression like that is very rare. And I will also mention that the office staff was very relaxed and professional, and freindly. Good job Dr. Jaggi. Happy you are on… my team!!

I was greeted promptly. All staff was very friendly. Dr. Jaggi was thorough in this follow up visit for several issues I'd been having. I feel comfortable with my care. The only issue is that this office site is being closed. This is a huge injustice to the people in the area.

We had horrible experience especially with front receptionist and the nurse they are not friendly at all.

Dr Jaggi and her staff are very friendly and always thorough, and take the time to explain things. And they follow up, if need be.

I recently made a visit to Dr. Jaggi to discuss lab work and it did not go so well. The doctor actually suggested taking my thyroid medication and taking alcohol on the same day. She said it was safe and I was like “no way.” There’s a reason why I never drink alcohol and take medication on any given day—I’ve never done that and I have no plans to start now. Had the medication and alcohol issue wasn’t a factor, Dr. Jaggi would have had a 5 star rating.
