Dr. Kanishka Rajput, MD

My experience was horrible. To begin with the office lied to me and told me that I was not going to be forced to be treated by a Resident. Dr. Rajput told me that I had no choice but to be seen and treated by the Resident. This Resident wasn’t even capable of writing an accurate clinical note let alone treating me. The minute I said I said I did not want to take medications the rest of my life she stopped listening. Dr. Rajput was not willing to hear that I thought there were multiple factors causing the pain. She insisted it was all nerve pain and I was only going to get better if I took medications that had a significantly negative impact on my health. She told me I would most likely be in pain for the rest of my life. If they could cut the pain in half that was considered a success. Within 36 hours of seeing a chiropractor (specializing in neurological issues) he corrected some structural issues. The unrelenting nerve pain down my arm that had lasted months was completely gone. The… chest pain has alleviated significantly with ongoing therapy. The majority of the pain was being caused by a rib head that was out of alignment, and not simply the nerve pain she insisted it was. Had I listened to her I would most likely still be in pain and taking medication that caused serious side effects and impacted my quality of life. If you are a patient that knows your body and isn’t willing to bow down blindly to a provider, I would not recommend her.
