Dr. Kaoru Joan Pridgen, MD

Dr. Pridgen is an amazing primary care physician. She takes the time to listen carefully and address each concern. Her bedside manner is very calming and comforting. I highly recommend her!

I enjoy Dr. Pridgen! What I don't enjoy is having charges mysteriously placed on my account. I was mislead to believe that I was receiving a call back from the nurse and was instead charged for a telehealth appointment with Dr. Pridgen. I was charged almost $100 for a literal 3 minute phone conversation, IF that long! Don't even think about trying to call to sort it out with someone. That is unheard of. Particularly during this pandemic, where funds are tight for everyone- I'm so disheartened that this doctor's office would pull a stunt like this. I don't know that I'll be returning. I like Dr. Pridgen, but I don't know that I'd want to deal with an office who does such shady things to patients.

Dr. Pridgen is awesome. She listened to me and wants to find a solution to my pain. Would 100% recommend her.

If you're looking for a really good doctor that really Care's then give Dr.pridgen a chance you will be surprised she's not like some doctors that don't take the time to talk to or help find out what is going on if you have health issue's she will take the time to help you. I will not see another doctor again and her nurse's are very nice and great people my overall experience since I have been going their has been great.

Dr. Pridgen is a caring person, however, I'm not always sure that she is thorough all the time. The wait time at Colonial is very unprofessional and not all conducive to client's work schedule. Waiting to have prescription filled is not timely, and sometimes forgotten by the nurse. Getting a return call is like waiting to hear from heaven.

Never got my medicine. It's been six months. I don't know why these people can't handle a simple prescription.
