Dr. Gulati is very personable and seems genuinely concerned about the care of each of his patients. He actually remembers their names and recognizes the importance of support people. My mom has Alzheimer's disease and it's easy for her to be uncomfortable and even uncooperative. Dr. Gulati's has never been abrupt, agitated, or unprofessional with her. His name instills trust in my mom so that other medical professionals can work with her as well. His office staff and answering service leave a little to be desired.

I am extraordinarily disappointed at the lack of follow through from Dr. Gulati. My mother has been at The Heights in rehabilitation for the past month and I have never met Dr. Gulati, I cannot seem to get him to return my calls. He appears to be diagnosing my mother's problems via the telephone. I am very unhappy.

Dr. Gulati was my fathers doctor who was terminally ill and was great always returned calls to me immediately great bedside manners thankyou for all you done
