We love Dr. Kwatra, he treats both my husband and me with great knowledge and respect! I have seen him for the last 14 years and my husband has seen him for the last 5 years. No complaints here!

Dr Kwatra has a very high volume of patients and has very little time to spend on individual cases. Subpar bedside manner . Office staff can be surly to put it politely. Would not recomend and will be looking for a more compassionate physician.

I have never been treated so rudely by front desk staff as I was here.

Although I am very confident in Dr. Kwatra, my most recent visit was very upsetting due to the rudeness of one of the office staff who checked me out. She was very short with me (as though I was bothering her) and while she was arranging a referral for me, told the person on the phone that I was 'picky' because there was only one day during the week that I could be available for an appointment (due to my work schedule). I had other questions for her before checking out and was told that I should have asked the woman at the other window (who had directed me to this woman). Overall, a very frustrating encounter.
