Only 2 people in the practice, the psychiatrist and the receptionist. There is a manager behind the scenes, but he is never there. There was a counselor but she left the practice. The receptionist has no idea of what she is doing or how to deal with mental health patients and/or people responsible for them. She is not friendly and does not know how to talk to people. Management is confused. Billing is confused. Scheduling is confused. The practice is very new in the business and still have to learn a lot. If you send them an email through the portal, ALL people in the practice will receive it without you even knowing it (you think you are emailing the psychiatrist but even the grumpy receptionist is reading it). They are violating your privacy! Also, they do not keep track of charges, so be careful if you are suddenly overcharged. Always keep your receipts, always check numbers with insurance to see if it makes sense. NEVER try to make appointments by email as they are not organized.… Lastly, if you miss 3 appointments you are fired as a patient. You can return after 6 months (praying you will not think of suicide before that). Business first, patients second. I do not recommend the practice.
