Dr. Kara Marie Beai Beair Butler, DO

I wish I could give zero stars… I liked the office staff. And I only saw Kara twice. The second time I came in, I had a horrible rash and she gave me creams and told me she would refer me to a dermatologist “stat”. Because she knew I was in serious misery. This was back in January. Two weeks later, my rash is even worse and I tried calling her office 4 times to see about getting more meds. And to see about the status of getting in to see a dermatologist. No one from the office returned my phone calls. Here it is almost June and I still have yet to hear back from them. I gave up and ended up going to 5 doctors (twice to urgent care and once to ER) and finally was able to get an appointment with my daughter’s doctor after a month and a half of being so miserable… and this doctor finally referred me to a dermatologist. I have contact dermatitis. And I’m still dealing with it. I’ve had 3 steroid shots. It’s the only thing that has given me any kind of relief. I will never understand… how a dr who is supposed to care for her patients, can ignore someone calling and saying they are miserable and doing nothing. She nor anyone from her office has ever contacted me since January 30th. I am finding another doctor needless to say. I need a doctor who cares about the patients they take on. And one that returns phone calls and doesn’t neglect her patients. I blame her in part, for the fact that I was miserable for so long before I could get any relief from a dermatologist. I have seen other negative reviews where the responses I saw were ridiculously claiming “we have never seen you, nor are you a patient of ours…” well I have proof I am patient of hers because my meds have her name plainly typed on the bottles.

I and my family have been seeing Dr. Beair Butler since she was a resident at OU. She has always given the best care to us and truly cares about our health.
