My baby girl had Torticollis since birth and we kept asking for guidance about how to start physical therapy to ensure that she does not get flat head. Dr. Carter kept on downplaying the whole things and then actually caused delay to recommend her for Physical Therapy. She showed no care whatsoever to seek a second opinion. My wife and I - both are engineers and we do seek second opinions in our profession. Now that we are seeing another doctor, we have learnt that there is no such protocol for delaying the Physical Therapy. I recommend everyone to make the best choice for their kids. One time I called and pressed to get information about physical therapy, the nurse spoke to me at length and said they will call back but no-one called back.

Dr.Carter is such a breath of fresh air! She was so attentive to my 10 year old daughter,and like talking to an old friend. She listened to all my concerns and this is the most vocal I've been able to be in a long time(with a pediatrician). I'm so happy she is my two babies Dr.

My children (8 and 6) saw this wonderful doctor for 7 and 5 years, respectively. There aren't any negative things to say about her and her practice. She was always courteous (as was her staff), took time to address needs, comforted, cared, helped, joked, played, and truly enjoyed being there. It was a very sad day for us when we moved out of state because I know I will never find another pediatrician of her caliber. She always listened to me, as a mother. Even if she didn't agree with my views (on vaccinating), she respected them and continued to care for my children all the same. That's an amazing doctor! She was always on the money with referrals, too. My children had the BEST care with her. I don't see anyone being disappointed with a visit.

Dr. Carter is the best! She has seen my son since he was a newborn baby. She is very supportive of breastfeeding and encouraged us every step of the way. She truly loves babies/kids and we love going to see her!! We have seen other doctors in the practice and they are all awesome too.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Carter. She is very caring and concerned with the well being of my daughter.
