Doctor visits are a bit of a blur right now, but Dr. Romano was kind, clear, and helpful in making sure I understood our options. She gave me excellent background information, and a drawing of my recent procedure that filled in some missing information. The resident or student doctor was helpful too.

Not only do they listen but it is very apparent that they read my chart before meeting with me. This is true, for the fellow who had never met me. She was already up to date on my situation and my care!!
