I’ve been seeing Kara for acupuncture for over three years, and truly, every aspect of my health and wellbeing has improved because of her care. Kara is not only a brilliant acupuncturist, herbalist, and doctor of Chinese medicine, but also one of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met. Her treatments are deeply effective—she takes time to listen, looks at the whole person, and always gets to the root cause instead of just treating symptoms. Whether it’s stress, pain, fertility, sleep, digestion, or emotional balance , Kara approaches everything with thoughtfulness, precision, and integrity. I’ve seen Kara several times for different concerns and have always had great experiences. Recently, I visited for help with head tremors I had started noticing. She recommended a scalp acupuncture protocol with gentle e-stim and carefully explained the process beforehand. The points on the scalp were a bit more sensitive going in, but once they were in place, the treatment was very comfortable. This was my first experience with e-stim on the scalp, and I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing it felt. Since that session, I’ve noticed a significant improvement and am so grateful for her skill and care.
