I left this this practice at 35 weeks pregnant to find another provider who could offer these basic elements lacking at Lancaster Physicians for Women: respect, courtesy, compassion, professionalism, sincerity. They are in it solely for the money. Passion and warmth are nowhere to be found. Quality patient care means nothing at this place. Stay away.

Staff is awful and uncaring... However Dr Jones is top notch

Dr Jones makes you feel like she's been your "Dr. Friend" since forever. She'll show you the report, explain everything to you in detail. She lets you know that she respects you and your feelings. She has a bedside manner that will knock your socks off. She really makes you feel like she cares. I guess that's because she does.

The receptionist I spoke with did NOT inform me that I should take pain medication before my appt. She cut me off frequently in my short conversation with her.When I called back to clarify and spoke with a nurse, she was unknowledgeable about the very basics and did not provide the information I requested.On arriving at the office I was treated rudely by the receptionist. Overall, I would have to say that the staff is rude and/or incompetent.

I recommend Dr. Jones to all of my friends.

I went to Dr. Jones with a lot of pain. I had visited other doctors before, but they couldn't find the root of the problem. Dr. Jones took a lot of time with me to figure out what was wrong... and she figured it out!

Dr. Jones delivered my second and third babies. She did such a wonderful job! I just love her! Towards the end of my last pregnancy, I developed a dangerous condition. Dr. Jones took great care of me and delivered a healthy baby boy.

I have had 2 babies with Dr. Jones, and each experience has been fantastic! She took a lot of time to understand my issues and gave me lots of great advice. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Dr. Jones is an awesome doctor. Very caring & compassionate. I would highly recommend her. And she didn't miss either of my 2 births!!
