I was very impressed with Dr. Krejci-Reed at my initial appointment. She and her staff listened and asked good questions about my foot pain. Dr. Krejci-Reed provided helpful answers in a way I could understand about the issues I’m dealing with. I appreciated the suggestions she made, including the insoles, to hopefully help relieve my pain. She was very personable and friendly which I appreciated.

I waited an hour and a half in a room waiting for this provider. She told me I needed surgery, completely unexpected, and then acted inpatient while I tried to ask questions. She was either unwilling or unable to answer my questions. Others seem to think she has a good bedside manner. It apparently wasn’t on display that day. And unfortunately, I have to see her again. I’ll be getting a second opinion.

First time I was extremely unhappy . I waited twenty min in waiting room, then the person who brought me back had zero guest skills. I waited another thirty min to be greeted by and then had two minutes. Felt as if she had no time for me.Very unhappy

10 stars!!! Bedside manner, knowledge and willingness to look outside the box for new therapies. So glad my Primary Md referred me. Thank you for giving me back my active life!

Easy setup first time. Great staff. Dr. Was very engaging, asked lots of questions and explained everything as we went along. Gave thorough explanations of available options. Recommended solutions and possible outcomes. I felt very confident.

The doctor has done a super job on my toe. She explains everything, which is what I want. To include options for the future of the toes. The staff is through, again a plus.
