Dr. Kara E. Pettigrew, MD

This clinic is completely unprofessional. I missed my very first appointment due to circumstances outside of my control, and instead of understanding, the doctor decided not to see me at all. When I tried to reschedule, I clearly asked to see the doctor because of my serious health issues, but the receptionist kept trying to push me to see a physician assistant, insisting it was the same. It is not the same, and as a patient I have the right to request the provider I feel most comfortable with. Instead of respecting my needs, they canceled my care entirely. Denying treatment to a patient in need over one missed appointment and refusing to honor a simple request is unacceptable. This office lacks compassion, professionalism, and respect for patients. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Saw Dr Pettigrew for myself and my 2 kids. Works great with children, especially babies. She is breastfeeding friendly and open to alternative medicine; very respectful of other viewpoints.
