Kara Walker is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults across the lifespan with issues related to trauma, depression, undeveloped coping skills, grief, difficult life transitions, military and veteran's issues, low self-esteem, chronic stress,and anxiety. She enjoys working with clients who are committed to their journey of self-discovery and healing. Kara specializes in empowering women who are struggling to discover their self-worth and reach their goals. Kara earned herMaster's degree in Social Work from theUniversity of Washington andbelieves that each individual seeking therapy deserves to find a therapist they connect with and trust.
