They’re polite they’re fast. They’re great and they answer all your questions.

Dr Madan and his PA are very knowledgeable and have good bed side manners. It is a little hard to get a quick appointment, but the staff is pleasant to deal with.

I am ALWAYS satisfied with the care I receive with Dr Madan. Since beginning with him, I moved to the San Antonio area, but Dr Madan is NOT a Doctor I am replacing. I doubt I'd ever find a Physician that I respect and admire more. I'm a "stick-tight" when it comes to him. He makes my life much better than when I first arrived.

Dr Madan runs an excellent pain management program. I saw Connelly today and had to reschedule my shot to let the meds from my sinus infection clear out of my system. Very happy with the entire office.

Dr. Madan need to hire people with customer service skills. LULU and Gladimore are idiots! If Dr. Madan don't get rid of these two dummies he will eventually have to close his business. PLEASE GET RID OF THOSE TO IDIOTS!!!

I was scheduled for an epidural shot in lumbars 4 and 5. I lay on the table, and he started the procedure. Pain was horrific , and I started sobbing. Dr, Madan stopped the procedure and said he would have me come in again , and he would give me sedation! I was beyond furious, as he never ever mentioned or offered sedation during my scheduling or the day of the procedure. I since learned he gives a vercet shot 20 minutes prior to the injections. NEVER was given this option! Needless to say, I will not return. The next day I called 5 other pain management clinics to ask if they sedate for this procedure, and each one does!!!!! You feel nothing!!! Yesterday I had the procedure at the Fondren Group on Main Street with Dr. Uday Doctor, and it was state of the art all the way. You have a blood pressure cuff during the whole procedure and are hooked up for EKG scrutiny. You are given an IV and are taken to a room where besides the anesthesiologist there are several radiologists and a… nurse in attendance. NONE of this occurs with Dr. Madan. I could have had a heart attack on the table..... I might add he does his procedures behind a little cloth screen blocking vision into his room, which gave me pause before I ever walked in there. All in a store front office that begs for more professionalism. Dr. Madan wanted an ultra sound on my leg veins and had some young girl conduct the test who made loud observations as she was administering the test about how bad my veins were. Never should divulge this to a patient. So unprofessional and her report had inaccuracies. Dr Madan said they could take care of my problem there.???? Noooooo... I would go to a cardiologist or vein specialist!! Bottom line... He is certainly guilty by omission- not giving me the option of sedation- and his method of sedation does not compare to the five other resources I checked out after my horrendous experience with Dr. Madan. Why should anyone be denied the best care available, which includes PAIN FREE injections in a facility that is going to give you the care and concern that you expect and deserve?

He performed a Bilateral RFA on me & I have been good for a year & 6 months. I’m seeing him again tomorrow

HORRIBLE, DISORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE. To top off the whole unpleasant ordeal, the crotchety front office person was allowed to work while sick with a CHRONIC COUGH that she didn't even cover.

I had a herniated disc. Dr. Madan looked over my case and we tried two sets of injections. I asked if the injections don’t work can I please get the surgery done since all my deductibles were paid for the year. The injections didn’t work. Took very little pressure off the nerve is all. He immediately told me that he didn’t want to do another set of injections and recommended having surgery. I had the surgery and they removed a disc and replaced in with a plastic disc and screwed a plate on to keep it in place. Dr. Madan has continued to keep me comfortable through the healing process. I have good days and bad days still, however it’s only been a month. Everyone has been so nice and caring at each visit. Only issue I have had is I have had to see a nurse practitioner twice of all the visits, which is fine and she’s very caring and nice, however, if I am out of medicine, it tends to get skipped and forgotten to be sent to the pharmacy. My only concern is the stress from the pain caused… me to have a heart attack once before and I do not want to repeat that. The day before my appointment I went with my daughter to her dr appointment in Houston and didn’t have my medicine with me and my chest started to hurt really bad and my neck was hurting a little bit and my heart rate spiked to 166 just sitting still. It is scary. My daughter was really scared. I just pray all this pain will be over soon so I can quit taking pain meds and the heart meds. I hate taking medicine and I hate the way it makes me feel.

Came here because my Dr referred me since I moved far from my last Dr. I brought in all my previous records, images, and history. I spent an hour and a half waiting, only for the Dr to come in, tell me he wouldn't refill the meds I'd been on for years, that he wouldn't give me any meds because I'm 28 and that if I wanted refills I needed to go back to my last Dr even though he knew they were far away. He ordered 2 MRIs despite me bringing in all my CDs (that he never looked at). That was it. Less then 10 minutes for the whole visit. I've never met a Dr who makes a patient go cold turkey on pain meds. Apparently age also dictates chronic pain levels. I'm too young for replacement so the orthopedics say pain management...this pain management Dr says I'm too young for medicine. I will not be back and will tell all of my patients to avoid this Dr.
