Dr. Karan Gaddam Reddy, MD

Poor communication. Front desk staff not very friendly. Doctor's assistants are nice and professional but seem uncomfortable around the doctor. Will not refill prescriptions unless you make appointments every 6 months.

Spent very little time with me, told me to take a baby asprin daily. If I did that, I would bled to death as I cannot take blood thinners. I have been waiting over 2 months for my followup, which they never called me back about

I went to Fl Cardiology and met with the assigned physician Dr. Reddy. From the start I found him rude, abrupt & cold. There was no friendly introduction. He asked why I was referred then interrupted me before I could explain. Dr. R. asked questions in a rapid fire manner and became impatient when I could not answer fast enough. His frustration was clear in his tone & gestures. Dr. R. did not allow me to explain my symptoms that occur episodically & present simultaneously in a cluster. They checked my blood pressure before I left; it was 166. No one suggested that I sit down for a few minutes to recheck the pressure. I left with my 166 BP without making the follow up app't.

Awesome kind physician who really spends the time with the patient and performs a thorough assessment. Orders appropriate tests. Staff could not have been nicer. On site testing site a plus. A great experience my husband and I had. My husband was so at ease. Would highly recommended this Md.

I WOULD HIHGLY RECOMMEND THIS CARDIOILOGIST TO ANYONE. I HAVE RCOMMENDED SOME OF MY FRIENDS TO HIM AND THEY ARE VERY PLEASED. I WOULD NOT TRADE HIM FOR ANY OTHER CARDIOLOGIST. MAY THE LORD GIVE HIM MANY MORE YEARS OF BLESSINGS . WE NEED DOCTORS LIKE WHO WILL TAKE GOOD CARE OF HIS PATIENTS AND FIGHT FOR TWHAT THEY NECESARRILY NEED. AND THEIR RIGHTS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK .WHEN I LIVED IN JACKSONVILLE AT ONE POINT I USED TARVELM TO HIS OFFICE TO MY APPOINTMENTS. HE HAS SAVED MY LIFE MANY TIMES. ALWAYS BEEN THEIR FOR ME. A GOOD LISTENER. I ADMIRE HIM AND RESPECT HIS OPINION VERY HIGHLY. I COULD GO ON, BUT I WOULD NEED NORE PAPER. THIS IS SAYS A LOT ABOUT A DOCTOR. LISTENS TO HIS PATIENS. THE LORD HAS BLESSED ME WITH AN EXCELLLENET CARDIOLOGIST. I'M SO HAPPY AND HONORED TO ABLE TO SAY THIS.

It was extremely easy to get an appointment here and, they actually accept my insurance! The wait for the Dr wasn't long and after a quick but thorough exam I had referrals for procedures to diagnose whatever is going on with my heart. Excellent so far.

Dr. Reddy is a good doctor and very thorough, but he has no personality and even after being his patient for years he does not know your name and calls you Mam. That is irritating. He's in and out of the room quickly. You'll get more comfort and information from his P.A., but if you want a doctor who will give you good professional care he's your man. He's just not friendly.

Dr. Reddy is a very good heart doctor and seems to know his stuff. He diagnosed my problems quickly that started in 2000. I now have 4 stents from 2 different procedures, and 3 separate angioplasty procedures. He is usually very quick in his office visit which does not bother me because his staff does all the menial procedures. He is direct with you, not a hand holder. I joke with him all the time and we get a long great.

It was easy to get an appt, the waiting time was 15 mins. Girl who took my vitals moved the bp device with her foot, restarting it, ouch..and talked to me throughout. Dr. ran all the tests. Techs were wonderful and helpful and on time. Follow up- zero. His pa came in, read the reports while I just sat there and then said your heart is fine. I now want to know, is the slightly irregular heartbeat causing my horrible symptoms? Where can I go from here? Not wanting to pay copay of $45 to hear what I should have been offered as part of a follow up. He's like, your heart is ok...see ya! Picking up my records today to see someone else. And the check out girl...on the phone talking in that work whisper every single time I was there...put person on hold to schedule my next appt, and then right back on the phone. BUT, the intake receptionist...Wonderful!!! I don't know how she does all she does with such a pleasant attitude. I hope you're getting paid adequately!
