I’ve worked with Dr. Seoudy during a really important period of my life, and I honestly can’t overstate the impact he’s had on my mental health. He’s incredibly thoughtful, sharp, and present. You can tell right away that he’s not just following a script. He actually listens, connects patterns, and explains things in a way that makes sense without talking down to you. What stood out most to me was how balanced his approach is. He takes medication seriously but never treats it as the only answer. Our sessions always felt collaborative, like we were working through things together rather than him telling me what to do. I felt respected, understood, and challenged in a good way. I’ve worked with other psychiatrists before, but this was the first time I felt genuinely seen as a whole person.
