Dr. Karen Elizabeth Apodaca, MD

i recently visited her office and was experiencing distress with wearing a mask and used 1 finger to create a small opening at the bottom so that i could breathe more comfortably and also turning away and maintaining the 6 ft distancing role.. i was told to get out~ ! this was un-professional and surprising... any suggestions for another practitioner is appreciated

The doctor left the exam room and never came back. We had questions to ask to help clarify the treatment. She takes multiple days off so patients get to the office to see a note taped to the door. The doctor did not follow up as she stated during my visit and so here I am without my heart medication.

I've been a patient for 9 years. Dr. Apodaca has helped me every time I've seen her, sometimes with advice and suggestions. I've recommended her to friends. I find her knowledgeable and down to earth.

Dr. Apodaca is very caring and smart. She makes you feel comfortable in those uncomfortable moments.

Dr. Apodaca is a very knowledgeable & compassionate physician. She takes the time needed to discuss and understand issues. Her office staff are friendly & work around your schedule when scheduling an appointment. My husband and I have been going to her for several+ years and have never been disappointed with the quality of care she has given us. She has worked at Humanity Health located on Calvary Way for at least a couple of years now. The entire staff at this location is very professional.

Condescending, rude and lacking of any compassion or knowledge regarding chronic autoimmune diseases. Complete disregard for the wellbeing of the patient.

I have been going to her for over 6 years.

Dr Apodaca is great and I like the fact that she takes time to listen to me and answers all of my questions. The front desk folks are not very friendly and making appointments is difficult at Cherry Family Practice
