If we could give 0 stars, I would ;0( After a sleep study approved by our provider, Advent health, we were referred to Dr Bakers office for results. SHE DOES NOT TAKE OUR INSURANCE AND NEVER INFORMED US! You would think if you are being referred to an office they would KNOW they do not take your insurance. We believe they knew but said nothing! If they didn't know, they are incompetent as all offices get insurance and ID upfront. We are now receiving harassing letters for full payment in cash! Scam artist! Like insurance isn't stressful and difficult on most folks anyway, this practice takes advantage of innocent patients to scam cash payments out of them. BE CAREFUL! Did I mention, we NEVER saw Karen Baker ONCE! An assistant, yes, but never saw Dr! RUN! Our next step is to get local TV stations whistle blowers involved to help prevent other patients from the same nightmare Karen Baker's office has caused us. SHAME ON YOU DR. BAKER!

A little bit skeptic at the beginning. Dr. Baker being new into the medical field. However, she proved me wrong. Excellent healthcare provider. Staff was great. This is my second visit. I will continue to see her. Professional office.

Dr. Baker is good. She likes to talk. I took my child because she was not able to sleep well. The staff was great. The manager was so sweet to my son. She stopped what she was doing and went out of her way to make my son 3 year old son laugh. I felt welcomed in the office. I will definitely return to this office with my son.
