We have been seeing Dr. Baldwin for 12 years. She is amazing. Not very happy about the wait time in lobby

Great Dr. My son's Dr since day 1 of his life. Very patient. Explains everything and has a wonderful staff. Vacs are stressful on everyone , but blink twice and it's all over. My son Moses and I feel the love and the office is always very clean

This doctor deserves no stars. I had to call the after hours call center because my son is sick and the registered nurse thought that it was important enough that she paged the doctor at 2:00 am. Dr Baldwin called me back and was extremely rude. (She said it is 2:00 in the morning and you woke me up.). My opinion is she doesn't need to be a on call doctor anymore if she doesn't except her patients to get sick in the middle of the night. If she can't handle being on call anymore then maybe she should retire.

Dr. Balwin refused to provide care to my child due to her TBI injury.

Dr. Baldwin and her staff are excellent! I have had my son as a patient there since he was born and absolutley LOVE them :)

Have never had a problem with dr Baldwin or her staff. Would recommend to anyone.

My son really likes going to Dr. Baldwin...the wait time is minimal, the staff is great and the best thing about Dr. Baldwin is that she takes her time with you explaining things and answering any questions you may have. She is an excellent doctor.

my 22y.o has gone to dr b since birth, now her son has gone there since birth, also my 12 y.o & 3 y.o she is extremely thorough & knowledgeable & caring & her staff is the most accommodating, professional, & pleasant! She has always fit us in when the kids were sick & returns after hours calls, & is very good about following up..there have been a few times she let me know she didnt like the way i handled things, but it was always in the best interst of my child! Id rather a dr be firm & assertive than tell me what i want to hear! She also refers to specialists when necessary and her referrals are fabulous drs! We wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

Everytime we go to Dr. Baldwin 's office evryone is well informed , organized, and courteous. She explains everything regarding your baby's progress and tells us in every office visit what you should expect as your baby grows Also informs you what she plans to do next office visit so you know what to expect. She answers all your questions and you do not feel rushed during your baby's office visit. Appointment dates and times are readily available to fit your schedule. Dr. Baldwin always let's you know you can call anytime if you have any questions and when we did her office the staff gave a time when we should expect her call and she called at that time.

I have been taking my children to this doctor since they were born and NEVER had any issues, wait time, problems with the staff. Everyone that works there helps you in any way they can and treats their patients EXCELLENT.
