Really disappointed in this practice. What started as mediocre care took a nose dive recently. The front staff is rude and snotty. A concern escalated to the office manager who made matters worse. This is a small practice and closed minded staff from the doctors down. Sloppy service all around.

63 years old with Chronic Lyme and other debilitating issues and I was treated like garbage! He grossly obese PA Ms. Proctor lied about me on several occasions and even purposely put an incorrect diagnoses on the chart! They then took away a much needed medication with consult with Dr. Banks. This office is not clean. Some of staff was nice, until I explained how poorly I was being treated. Then they ignored me and left me without a doctor and access to my necessary medications! Outrageous! Do not go to this practice! They do not care about the patient. I am a prime example of their lack of moral and ethical standards.

I love going to her she really takes good care of me. Always happy her and the employees. Love to make snacks for the crew.

As many others have already stated Karen/Dr. Banks is an excellent concerned, caring, knowledgeable physician. I am extremely thankful, thoroughly satisfied and happy to have her as my PCP. She as well as her entire staff are extremely thoughtful, kind, professional and thorough. I have absolutely no qualms placing my health and life in her and her staff's hands.

Dr. Banks is great. She takes the time to explain everything to you and doesn't make you feel like you are less of a person then she is like many doctors do! She's amazing'

have had very bad luck no bedside manors no referrals that were useful always takes forever to get an appt and the last one i had was for comp and the secretary told me to find another dr
