She received her Master of Arts (M.S.) degree from Northwestern University and her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. Karen is an excellent clinician. She is very patient-centered and spent time with me to provide education and answer all of my questions. She also went the extra mile to juggle her schedule to make my two appointments back to back, saving me wait time between the audiogram and hearing aide check. This is the second time Karen adjusted her schedule to meet my clinical needs and save me travel time. I am very appreciative of her thoroughness, clinical knowledge and exceptional care.
