Dr. Karen Jean Bowers, MD

Absolutely horrible. It is obvious that she is only there to pay her bills and patients are simply giant dollar signs for her. She was rude to me and talked down to the nurses and other staff. I felt bad for everyone in the room.

I took a family member there who was having a crisis. Her demeanor was practically hostile towards us. Her responses to the patient's answers showed that she was not listening. She accused the family member of just wanting to get their own way at a time when we were desperate for help. My family member was upset to start with, looking for help. We ended up leaving against her recommendations because we did not trust her. The nurse on duty as caring and empathetic. She was an angel and helped to calm FM down.

My loved one saw Dr. Bowers during a time of a great need and can't believe how atrocious she was. She didn't listen, was completely uncompassionate and SHE LIED. As a family member, who can't be there to help while family is being seen, I cannot believe how horribly my loved one was treated. If you care about someone, DO NOT bring him or her to Dr. Bowers. I cannot believe she's a doctor. She doesn't care about people.
