Almost impossible to get anyone from that office to return calls

This doctor thought I was on meds I was not on, not sure whose chart she was looking at but it wasn't mine, and this was after she was almost 1 1/2 hours late due to patients asking questions???? They don't allow time for patients to ask questions? It is really disturbing when the doctor thinks your on a med you are not?? like she is looking at someone else chart?? I also have issues with her nurses in the past and most recently a Crystal. Time to seek another doctor.

Unreasonable wait times every time I visited, even after scheduling an appointment. Not worth waiting more than an hour every time. This doctor does not appreciate patient's time. I once booked an appointment 45 days prior, they cancelled my appointment on the appointment day. When my friend did the same thing (didn't show up for the appointment due to some urgent work) they stopped taking his appointments forever. That was rude.

I'm a scientist, and thus I provide unbiased data. She is by far the best general practitioner I've gone to. Very courteous and intelligent. Love that she wears her cowgirl boots to work.

I like another reviewer in the last year found the nurse staff is not returning calls- one was to get an MRI - if they have questions they should call - are they not concerned that we are concerned?? the second was for nebulizer as having trouble breathing and both times I waiting until the following day to find they still were not returning call - and the nebulizer was before a 3 day weekend holiday. I was upset and called after hours and they all said I could go to immediate care if needed - well what if I stress the heart so much trying to breath that I had a heart attack and didn't make it - I am one not big on seeing doctors or prescriptions so it is rare that I even call them, but now a few years after being with this doctor I see the nursing staff really doesn't care..... I was beginning to take this personal until I read Julie's review... What a shame and then they wonder why we choose to treat ourselves as much as possible.. One day these same nurses will get older and… experience some of the things we are and then maybe they will have a little more compassion, really until then maybe they should find a different line of work.

I love this doctor, she is so nice and has always been helpful. I had kidney stones and needed to be admitted into the hospital because of dehydration along with the pain medicine the emergancy room the night before was not working. So she took an appt with me even though she was not seeing patients that day just so I could get into the hospital and get the care I needed as soon as possible. She also scheduled a personal follow up apointment to make sure everything was going ok when I was released from the hospital after surgery. She can be a little hard to get an appointment with but it is so worth it if you are in need of something that a nurse cannot help with. I love this doctor and would recommend her to anyone.

I called the office on a Wednesday to request a Lovenox bridge for my Coumadin for an upcoming surgery in 14 days. I hadn't received a response on that Friday so I called. And called. This was Labor Day weekend so come the next Tuesday, I called again. And again. and again. Now only 3 days until surgery. Finally a nurse called me back and said they were prescribing Xarelto (not the Lovenox I had requested - which is usually standard practice for these situations). Not only did they call in the Xarelto but also told me not to take Coumadin any longer and switch to the Xarelto permanently - all without even discussing this with me. I'm on Coumadin for prior blood clots in my legs and lungs. This is a life and death situation for me. I'm not just going to switch my Coumadin on a whim. The Xarelto warnings said not to take this with venlafaxine, - WHICH I WAS ON - PRESCRIBED BY HER OFFICE. Thanks for being thorough. Also, when I got the prescription I noticed the prescribing… doctor wasn't even Dr. Bruce. Really?!?! I called late this afternoon to talk to the nurse and told them I had a question about new medicine and would need a call back today since I was supposed to start taking it today. No call. I'm probably going to have to re-schedule my surgery because of this fiasco. This office does not care about the well being of patients. Starting with a new primary in 2 weeks. I gave one star because I couldn't leave it at none.

She has saved my life at least twice. She is a wonderful Dr.
