Always feel Dr. Cadman does her best to diagnose any medical problem I may have and change advice if I am not responding.

Dr Cadman is always very thorough and knowledgeable. She always shows concern for my issues and talks them over with me

Dr Cadmen is great, Dr Brodie was great......when ECHN took over their staff it went down hill. After several issues and illnesses that I could not even get a phone call back on, I fired them. Just scheduled an appointment and went in to tell Dr Cadmen that her staff was awful. And that I will no longer got my to see her due to her staff. My wife in the other hand with more serious medical issues, has been a die hard for Dr Cadmen. At the cost of my wife’s sanity as she trying to get face time with an issue. An unexplained seizure when there is no history and we need a referral, that took a month after she was transported via ambulance.....ER diagnosis of a Ciara’s infection of the sac around my wife’s heart causing difficulties breathing....... and the best they can do is set up an appointment for next week.......I have been after my wife to fire ECHN and this pathetic staff at Manchester Family Medical, Dr Cadmen is great, the OA Sara is great, you just have to get through… the front desk to get quality care. Pathetic!!!! Don’t waste your time I have had enough of my wife’s suffering to stay quiet. I can’t even find emails for the AECHN board of directors...... I can’t even go to the top to complain and f almost 15 years of inadequate services. Go somewhere else, you will be healthier to get though the bitten staff.

I been a paient with Dr. Cadman for years she a wonderful doctor she goes over all my medical history with me if something wrong with any of my lab test she gets back to me right away or has nurse call me back with my results if I dont understand something she takes time to explains it to me. I recommend her 100%. JoannTorres

I do not have an issue with the doctor. My issues are with the office staff, they do not communicate. I don't even think they look in the files i have received duplicate calls on the same thing, they call at home when i have said to call my cell. It is really frustrating leaving the feeling they really done give 2 hoots about you. I too am looking for a new doctor. Office staff is key part of patient care and hers needs to be totally revamped.

The last 2 times I have been ill I couldn't get through to speakwith someone to make an appointment. I had to leave messages. The first time I was called back 3 hours later, after I had given up because I was in excruciating pain and this last time no one even bothered to call me back. In a business where caring for people is the product it doesn't get worse than that. I do believe Dr. Cadman is caring but she is spread too thin to do a good job and as a professional she should know better. I am actually on this site today, to find a new doctor as my health is too important to risk it with a practice that knows not how to care for their patients.

Often have to wait to see her and then I feel as though she rushes me. The office staff is hit or miss. When I called about test results they told me they were probably in a pile somewhere and they would call me when the found them. Not what you tell a patient!
