Dr. Karen Reece Carpenter, MD

This doctor did not communicate with us what her concerns were, nor was she able to discern what our needs were verses what she perceived to be the case. With a veteran doctor at the hospital with this many years of experience you should expect a doctor to be better but she was unable to diagnose or help us. She was also condescending when we approached her for information or when she talked to my wife. Her lack of candor made our first few days with our precious newborn daughter a much more difficult experience than it should have been.

The absolute worst doctor we have ever had an experience with. Rather than to give an accurate diagnosis, she tried to pin her own ideas on our baby's issues, not by examining the baby, but by her theories. She caused us undo emotional distress and anxiety, when absolutely nothing was wrong with our child. Thank God we saw another doctor who was able to give us adequate care for our infant. Her bedside manner started off well, then became terrible - arrogant and rude.

Dr. Carpenter is an incredible doctor and saved my sons life. She has wonderful ability to diagnose complex medical problems and a very nice patient manner.
