Dr Carrington is very caring. She's willing to step from behind the coat and speak to you directly. We appreciate her honestly and heartfelt care.

I have so many issues with this office I don't know where to start. My child has been coming to this office since birth and is now age 6. Since then I have watched the care and service in this office go from decent at best to unbearable. When I call for appointments I am greeted with an attitude on the other line and once the appointment is made i am hung up on without a good bye. When coming in for the appointment i go to sign my child in and the front desk staff(which is back office staff as well) is ALWAYS rude.No greeting, rude,childish, and no thought that as patients there are providing a service for US. When the doctor comes in she never sanitizes her hands in any way shape or form(I have watched her go from room to room without doing so). When my child is evaluated I have to dig for information from the doctor on her findings and what she thinks is wrong. Then after her typing in notes for what seems like forever she leaves the room without warning or announcing that it is the… end of the visit.(I actually have to leave out the room and ask if we ar done). I forgot to metion that her spiteful staff will leave me and my child in the waiting room for over a hour even if it is not necessary. The last straw was the last visit where she went along with an incorrect diagnosis of an ER Dr causing me to have to see a third doctor for correct treatment of my child.She didnt even try to diagnose her self and the thing is I KNEW both of them were wrong. Please spare yourself the headache of dealing with this practice and find a place that will care about the needs of the child and puts patient care first. As for me I am done with this place forever.

I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Dr. Carrington is great. The front office should represent her in a more professional manner. The people you talk to first represents the entire office--make or break a business.

Dr. Carrington has been an excellent doctor for my children from birth to adulthood. She has accurately diagnosed illness from minor ear infections to to rare skin infections. I highly recommend her.
