Dr. Karen Y Chang, DDS

Dr. Chang and staff had served our individuals for a number of years and it has been a privilege to know her and her team. The compassion, patience and knowledge are evident with each visit. Please hire more like her!

I came across this comment written about Dr Chang and felt the need to correct the egregious wrong from a clearly ignorant review. I am the care provider for a group of individuals with developmental disabilities who have been patients of Dr Chang and her team for a number of years. They have been nothing less than stellar in their respectful genuine care of my individuals over the years. Yes, there is a wait for appointments but that is because this group is dedicated to an underserved population. They take the time to get to know the needs of their patients and are honest in what they can do and what they believe is best for the patients. It is worth the wait. I am sad that a naive limited viewpoint is what is out there because Dr Chang and her team deserve much more than that for the service they are providing. Five stars and nothing less and a big thank you.

She was well in explaining process and fit. Naive that another dentist had mistakes and misconduct. Over two months waiting to proceed after many emails requesting to proceed to make full set of dentures as approved foregoing oral surgery not covered by insurance. I am lowly and not deserving of anything more than insurance approves. I accept this. I was given hope when informed "they would make them" I believe the set she would make would be wonderful, but will I be refuse by this fifth service I have tried? Tufts Debtal, Worcester & Boston are due less than a star. I would like to change Dr. Chang to 4 stars if we can just proceed.
