Dr. Ciccarelli is the best. Dr. Ciccarelli takes the time to listen and does not just rush in and rush out. I have never felt like I am just a number with her or any of the other providers. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ciccarelli’s for over 20 years and I have always been pleased with her service to me. She is always pleasant, professional, yet personable and patient. I am one to ask many questions and she always happily answers them and is patient with me. She always describes her diagnosis with words that you can understand and is always thorough in her examinations. Her bedside manner couldn’t be better. I especially like that at the end of each visit while you are present, she records her notes about your visit so you can ask any questions you may have about her diagnosis notes. The other doctors and assistants are all thorough and caring just as she is. She also takes under her wing many students for their internships and extends to them many opportunities. Her office staff and nurse are always pleasant and willing to help you in any way you may need. I have referred many family and friends to her and they too have been very happy and content with her as… their doctor. You will not be disappointed if you consider her for your physician.

Been a patient for 20 plus years and have found the Doctor to be both patient. kind and a good doctor. Her office has always found time for me in times of need whether a prescription that is due, or a medical problem.

The doctor's office itself was satisfactory and comfortable, but what was outstanding to me was the quality of care Dr. Ciccarelli was able to give. Undoubtably my most pleasant experience at a doctor's office, in that the doctor shows both the qualities of kindness AND professionalism. Contrary to my experiences with past doctors, she was not rushing or impersonal. During my appointment, all my concerns/questions were taken seriously and listened to carefully, and it was so reassuring that her responses were very confident and knowledgable. The diagnosis was given accurately and with confidence. She has also shown quality support and care in my follow up visit, observing carefully how the treatment was working for me, and making the needed adjustments. Needless to say I've found my go-to doctor, and I think anyone else looking for a new doctor will evidently find these same key qualities on their first visit.

Dr. Ciccarelli was wonderful. Not only was she friendly and caring, she took the extra time to get to know me and my concerns. She diagnosed my symptoms quickly and accurately. She also was very knowledgable about diabetes, which related to me. I am so happy I found a caring family doctor close to home.

If you are looking for a kind and caring doctor, look elsewhere. I would rather swallow razor blades followed by a bleach chaser than see this "doctor" again. She is disrespectful and unprofessional.
