Dr. Karen Camille Creed, MD

I recently switched over to Dr. Creed because of all the reviews, online, she had received, and I can confirm that my experience with her was also very positive. She sat down with us for our first appointment for a long time, she did not rush us, and answered every question professionally, patiently, and made us feel comfortable.

I didn't wait too long to be seen. I feel Dr. Creed listened to all my questions, thoroughly updated any medical info since my last visit, provided good feedback on my questions, and made sure everything I needed to discuss was handled, and Dr. Creed took the time to do so- I did not feel like I was being rushed out to get to the next patient. Dr. Creed brought up family history to make sure I'm covered in those areas of concern for preventative measures, and I just really appreciated that she looked at my records to go over that... Have had other doctors (not with WHAG) not even read my information that I filled out and I had to reexplain everything, and they did not seem to be bothered to discuss preventative plans like Dr. Creed. She is very kind and I'm so glad I started seeing her since last year! Feel very comfortable to ask her anything!

Dr.Creed was kind, attentive, and thorough during my pregnancy and after for my regular gynecological exams. She made sure all my concerns and questions were acknowledged. Finally, she is very knowledgeable and clearly stays abreast of the latest news in her field ( determined based on a conversation from latest visit).

My baby's heart rate was not good at several points while I was in labor (middle of the night); his umbilical cord was around his neck. A Dr. was needed b/c of the heart rate issues, and the nurse just had to get on the PA to seek "any available Dr." to our room. My feeling was that she couldn't be bothered to come in b/c it was the middle of the night. So she showed up closer to the morning. It was awful. Really really horrible. I couldn't recommend her to anyone in a million years.

My poor review is not due to anything trivial like long wait times or office staff.

Dr Karen Creed is very good dr. She takes her time with her patient and answer all questions you have. Yes wait till does get longer when dr has to run for emergency delivery but the office is very good at communicating with you and moving your appt to another dr if you are in waiting area. Dr Creed has delivered my older daughter who is 2.5 now and will be delivering my baby in Dec 2018.Thanks
