Dr. Karen Denise Crissinger, MD

Dr Crissinger is amazing. She took my unconsolable, miserable baby and helped to make him the wonderful guy he is today. We can't thank her enough! She is a little dry but so brilliant. All of my friends with milk protein babies see her as well. She has been a lifesaver! The office is gross (they are getting a new building) but it does not matter if my child is treated well medically. We HIGHLY recommend!

Horrible, Absolutely Horrible. I took my four year old son here and I HIGHLY recommend you find another doctor to go to. I have waited for over a month now for results of all these test they had him go through. I call almost every day with no response. They say they will have the nurse call me back but no one does. If you want to find out whats wrong with you child DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. If I would have known it was like this I would have never went. I will Continue to call EVERY day untill someone answers me. I am more than MAD at this, if something is wrong with my son I wouldn't have a clue since no one in this ENTIRE office can call back. I will be going else where and letting everyone I know in Bladwin County and Mobile county not to use this office.

This place is a joke. First appointment took well over 2 hours and now still on my second one been her an hour and still yet to see a doctor me and my son were the only one is the lobby waiting.... She's rude doesn't listen and is very erogant. She assumes she's right all the time with nothing else but an X-ray not tests very minimal questions. We need a new doctor -_-

I gave her one star because I HAD to give her something. Bedside manner is HORRIBLE. Told my son on 3rd hospital visit that he "didn't look sick to her". Turned out he has ulcers in his stomach AND intestines that went untreated due to her poor bedside manner and ego. Uncaring is the kindest thing that I can say about this doctor.

Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but this was the worst medical experience I have had with my daughter. She disregarded everything I said and completely misdiagnosed her. I had to drive my daughter to Birmingham to see dr king for help. My daughter had reflux from the time she was born and crissinger missed It completely. Now that we have a diagnosis and correct medication, my child is doing better, but she suffered unnecessarily because this doctor didn't listen to my concerns. On the bright side, her phyaician's assistant seemed very nice and competent.

Dr.Crissenger is awesome and she treats my daughter as well as she would her own children. I thank God every day that she is our dr.
