Dr. Karen Jean Dalley, MD

I am a new patient of Dr. Dalley's. I found her to be professional and caring. She took her time answering my questions. I never felt rushed and she was thorough in her examination. Have patience with the receptionist area as it's worth waiting to see Dr. Daley.

Extremely disappointing. She has no respect for people's time. I made an appointment weeks in advance and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I did. I was told to print out and fill out the many pages of paperwork before I arrived in the office. I did. I was then forced to wait 45 minutes and was told by 2 different staff members that she was out to lunch. I was going to be a new patient, so you would think that she would want to put her best foot forward at our first meeting and at least keep the appointment time I had scheduled with her office. When she finally wandered in, she never even apologized. Just because she's a doctor does not mean that her time is more important than mine. I was furious and left. I will not be her new patient and will not recommend her to anyone else.

Dr. Dalley is an amazing doctor. She delivered both my kids. And know she is my daughters doctor. I have referred many friends and family to her. Her staff is great too

Dr. Dalley is a superb OB-Gyn who saved my daughter's life during her delivery when her heart rate dropped rapidly. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Dalley.

This is the WORST doctor I have ever encountered!!! I drove 45 min to this appointment because I had read good reviews. This is also what kept me in the waiting room for an hour!!!!!! So when I finally got to meet Dr. Dalley it was worse then I could have ever imagined. She did not apologize for the wait, and was rude to me when she realized I was " dr. Shopping" my original provider just found out she would be out of town on my due date so I had to resort to finding someone new in my 5th month of pregnancy. She did an ultrasound and spent most of the time telling me about all her patients that drive in from other states to see her. I was about to leave & she took a phone call completely ignored me kept me waiting for my paperwork then I told a nurse I had to go & when I tried to take my ultrasound photos Dr. Dalley leaped up & grabbed them & in the scariest voice she says " those are mine" I literally could not believe this was happening. This woman should not have a license!! Btw… had to enter 1 star to submit this -100 stars is more accurate

Dr. Dalley is very caring, very knowledgeable and very personable! She's a fabulous doctor and the best OB/GYN I've been to yet! I'd highly recommend her!

Dr. Dalley is very professional and thorough. However, her staff does not return phone calls, and trying to get through to speak to a nurse is nearly impossible! I suggest getting an email account if you cannot handle the volume of patients in your office.

I was considering going to Dr Dalley. I called and was left on hold for 11 mins. Not one time did someone come back to the phone for any explanation. First that is the rudest thing any staff could do. It gave me time to read ratings and comments about Dr Dalley and her staff. Dr Dalley ratings were good. Most concerns were that were were not able to see the doctor they saw the n/p. Staff received at very low rating on professionlism and be rude. I just experienced how rude the staff was. I didnt even get to make an appt. Dr Dalley this affects your business take care of your business. How embarrassing for you to have such an incompetent staff.

The staff doesn't seem very experienced, they did not understand any of the meds I take. Additionally,the doctor repeatedly cancelled appointments once you were already waiting in the office!

I Love Dr Dalley I could not ask for a better Dr.She has a wonderful caring nurse and very sweet office staff. She has been my Dr for the past 3 years and delivered 2 of my children. I will continue to go to her for all my female needs. I Love, Love, Love, her!
