Dr. Jackie Castillo-Granger, was upper unprofessional to a friend of mine who inquired for someone going thru some problems with her kid and the Father, who had become a dangerous situation, so the kid needed someone to talk to. Well the initial meeting was talking about what they were hoping to accomplish and how they'd do it, which includes a test, she was to call and schedule the test a day after the appointment, well, a week later, no call from the office. Super inconsiderate to not call or anything especially when it involves a kid who probably needed assistance and someone to talk to. It's no surprise, they were super hard to get a hold of initially, they called one day to set up the initial meeting, no one answered so she left a voicemail. Didnt get a call back. Then, called again the next day, still no answer, left a voicemail. After that they sent an email and finally got a call back the next day. These people are super unprofessional, made my friend feel judged and… uncomfortable, then wasted valuable time...to set up the flow up meetings..... I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
