Dr. Foster and her staff are extremely kind and know how best to serve the needs of frightened children. Thank you for your patience and calm, soothing demeanor as my tiny human worked herself up in the chair.

Our experience was quick, fun and painless for the almost 4-year old daughter. Thank you everyone for being kind and pleasant here.

I am so excited to have found Saddle Rock Pediatric Dentist and Dr. Foster. My daughter has been fearful of doctors and dentists her entire life and would never let our general dentist get a look at her teeth. At Saddle Rock she felt so comfortable and even let them take x-rays. I will be telling everyone to bring their kids here.

My kids enjoy all going back together to get their teeth cleaned. Always quick and my kids leave happy!

It's unfortunate, I like Dr. Foster but her associates and staff are horrendous. On our last cleaning one of my children ask me a question about the cleaning instruments used and one of the staff interjected, my son politely told her he was asking me the question, and she responded "Well Excuse me, Whatever." My son felt horrible, he asked me if he had done something wrong. He then stated that she was kind of mean to him when she was cleaning his teething. Completely unprofessional. The associate that works under Dr. Foster is fresh out of school and kept pushing expensive procedures on one of my children, we repeatedly explained that he was seeing an orthodontist and that her recommendations were conflicting with his course of treatment. Then today I spoke to their biller regarding a bill I received in mail. I explained my confusion as I was quoted in advance for treatment and told that my responsibility would be only a certain amount. She stated that Lynn misquoted treatment, forgot… to included deductible and amount was owed. When I attempted to express my frustrations with error, she interrupted and said, "Well, Honey what do you want me to do, the amount is owed." I explained my frustration was being misquoted and she interjected saying, "Well, that is why Lynn is no longer here." I paid bill, but I am definitely not taking my kids back.
