Dr. Karen Michelle Harmon, MD

She appears over worked and is rude.

Dr Harmon is an awesome doctor. Spends time with you and listens to your concerns. Always makes sure you understand everything and all your questions are answered. Refills that are called in by the pharmacy are always handled within 48 hours. My kids and myself have gone to Dr Harmon for 8 yrs and now my grandchild does as well. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor to handle all of their families needs.

I would like to take this time to show my thanks and appreciation to DR.Harmon and staff. She has been my DR. for several years now. During my work career I was required to travel with my family and lived in several different states. I never found a family DR. who made me feel as comfortable or addressed my issues like DR. Harmon. She always takes the time to address and explain every situation to my satisfaction. She and her staff have always gone the extra mile. I wish I had her as my DR. when I lived out of state. She and her staff have always been courteous and treated me with the up most respect. I could go on and on and tell you all the positives I enjoy about her practice. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to her. She is the most caring DR. I have ever met.

She is stressed, you can see it in her demeanor. The office staff history of being rude. She opened the door while beginning a pelvic on me. Was rude rather then to apologize. It appears that she sent less then wonderful remarks about me to other doctors I see as well. I find her spiteful and mean spirited. Unable to treat complex medical conditions; thank goodness for specialist. I see her normally only for physicals and she was unable to remain polite enough to complete a physical. She behaved in a unprofessional passive aggressive manor that should be sanctioned. But of course, since it was only my female parts exposed, a sexual assault victim ... no harm.... WRONG> major harm done.

I have had several appointments canelled by the Doctor's staff on the very day of the appointment. I have to arrange for time off work for these appointments and it is very frustrating when this happens again and again.

I got terrible rush. It was very hard to make an app. with this doctor. I was waiting more than hour. I asked the stuff politely how much longer should I wait. The stuff answered you could leave if you want. I already waited a week or so to make an appointment and an hour there!The doctor was mad at me because I was mad at the stuff. I complained the office, but no follow up.

Can't get in to see her if you're sick - you end up at a walk-in clinic at least 75% of the time.
