I have been going to this doctor for years and today I’ve had enough. The lack of respect this office has for other people’s time is astonishing. I consistently make the first appointment of the day and there has not been one time I haven’t had to wait at least an hour just to be seen by even a tech. Today I had a 9 am appointment only to watch the doctor arrive at 9:30 attaching her ID badge and then walk in to see another patient. When I said something yet again to the office manager I was told to please bear with them. If this was the only time I understand things happen however it’s every single time. Not to mention the cancellations they continuously make, the emergency I had one time where they told me the doctor had no availability and to go to the ER. If your looking to burn a sick or vacation day or even waste a day sitting in an office then this is the place for you.

Great ophthalmologist.

I went to see Dr. Goldberg for a second opinion. The wait was somewhat long about an hour past the appointment time however, a very thorough examination was done and the doctor explained my condition to me in detail and I never felt rushed.

Most competant and compassionate ophthalmologist that I have ever met. Saw her at her New York Eye and Ear satellite office in Mineola.
