Terrible just terrible. Both doctors have terrible bed side manners. I made an appt believing it was for a skin check and after waiting an hour to be seen she told me I had to come back for two separate appointments. One skin check for the top and another for the bottom. They are the biggest penny pinchers and I’ve slowly heard from other people how terrible they are I wish I knew before I went. They also take your credit card info when you become a new patient. Beware of this!!! They made me an appointment I didn’t know about and when I didn’t show up they charged me. They are scammers!

Excellent results at one treatment and looking forward to more. Dr. K Herman is fabulous!

From the moment you arrive you are asked to "voluntarily" provide your credit card information so they can charge you at a later date "if needed". Then you proceed to wait several hours to be seen by practitioner that says hi and bye. To add insult to injury they have the office staff come to charge you before you leave the office. Good Ol' money making clinic.

Dr. Karen Herman was very professional during my office visit however, I had been trying to get in touch with her nurse for almost 2 weeks to get an answer to a question regarding my treatment...the receptionist either never gave her my message to call me or she just ignored my request. Called several times and was told to call at a specific time and when I did..the phone would ring, it would be picked up and hung up without answering...I for one don't have time or patience for games...

This doctor was going to make me visit 3 times to do what she could do in one appointment. I feel she is scamming my insurance. I have had work done before and never had to go 3 time to get what I needed. Be careful with this doctor.

Every time I arrive, the front staff is very welcoming. Very nice office and personnel. And the treatment I receive is the best!

Dr Karen is very sweet and knowledgeable. Over the past 4 years she has helped me SO much. I just Love her!

I loved that she prescribed me many thing to help my acne but also wanted me to spend $130 out of pocket products, sunscreen $43, face cream $43 and shampoo for $43. I bought the shampoo and face cream and when I got home found the same products with a different name but same ingredients on Amazon for $25-30 so the products are over priced and when I tried returning them they wanted to charge me a 25% over the $86 for restocking fee! Seriously the billing lady just got it out of a closet!
