After 20 + years I had to find a new doctor. I was uncomfortable with the process but right from the start the staff in the office made me feel welcome and comfortable. I met with Dr. Johnson and couldn't be happier with my first visit. I have had my annual check up and she is amazing. She actually had read my chart, new my medical history, and took time to talk AND listen to my concerns. I love that she doesn't push Rx meds but prefers natural solutions when possible. I am VERY happy with my new doctor!!! Thank you Dr Johnson and staff for all you do!

Most Physician reviews are from disgruntled patients (squeaky wheels), so I thought it would be decent to give Dr. Johnson a resounding positive review, because she is an excellent, no-nonsense physician.

I have gone to Dr Johnson for 23 years and have a good re pore with her. She always will listen and has always given me good advise. She is very caring and honest with me. Even if what she says hurts I know she is right. She also has excellent specialist that she will refer you to if need be.

Our family of have been patients of Dr. Johnson for over 15 years. I chose her because at that time she was both practicing as an ob/gyn and family MD (now only family practice) and I felt that with all of us receiving services from the same practitioner we would be able to develop a relationship- that addressed our health care needs as a family unit, not 4 random people.I have been very satisfied with her approach to health care- as has my family- evidenced by my now young adult male children and husband continuing to go to her. She works in partnership with us in developing health care plans- offering best practice interventions- but allowing each of us input and eventual final decision making power. My husband declines most offers of prescription interventions- she incorporates vitamins, massage and diet control in his plan of care. I tend to struggle with my weight- she gently pushes me to move to a more healthier lifestyle. She is a hands on MD and requires regular wellness… visits- although of course she will see you when you have an acute need- but then push hard for you to get back on track with regular visits. Not an issue for us as we have health care insurance, but for those paying out of pocket could be an issue.
