Dr. Karen Dee Jones, MD

I love Dr. Jones! She delivered both of my babies and was great! I was living in Arkansas when I had my first child, moved to Texas and when I found out I was pregnant again, I moved back to Arkansas just so she could be my MD!!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jones and her staff! I have been seeing her for years now and she performed my hysterectomy! The staff has always been kind, professional, and helpful all of the times that I have been there! I am sorry that one person has had such a bad experience!

I have never been treated as rudely by office staff as I was at this GYN appointment. The secretary named Pam and her colleague after a rude response about my insurance query informed me that she was in charge today and laughed stating that I could go elsewhere after telling me that I would just have to get the bill in the mail and deal with it. I called back to talk to a supervisor and was told I was blowing the situation out of proportion. I then asked to speak to Dr. Jones who graciously called me back and apologized for the unfortunate experience that I had.
