Dr. Karen Tracy Jordan, MD

I just received a bill from a year and a Half ago. Good luck trying to get someone to talk to. If the bill was not paid I would be in Collections! I called and get Elsalvador. They cant even find my account. Terrible Customer service.

Terrible experience. Waited in a normal waiting room, then was brought to a second waiting room and was told to put a gown on... in a second waiting room!!!! the staff apologize and looked embarrassed. the doctor rushed thought the appointment, told me she only sees cancer patients, told me to see her NP. Why wasn't I just scheduled with the NP in the first place, which I would've been perfectly fine with. Front staff was rude. Also, lots of bugs crawling on the ground. Office is a JOKE

Dr. did not seem to care about the rash. She was absolutely no help whatsoever. As I was asking her questions, she must have decided the appointment was over. She got up and as she walked out of the room she told me to see another doctor. Extremely unprofessional.

I highly recommend Dr Karen Jordan. She is a warm, caring, and kind professional. She gives me all the time I need to resolve the issues needing attention. Even if I am in the office to see a nurse practitioner, and request to see Dr Jordan, she is always there to tend to my needs. I am very satisfied with the care I have received.

I had an appointment 3-28-18 @ 2:30 at 2:50 I was lead into a waiting room, I waited in that room for exactly forty-five (45) minutes, when she finally came in, there was no apology for my long wait, and she looked exhausted. She asked me what I was there for, She hadn't read my file. I told her. i told her the problem that I was having and she proceeded to give me closed- in answers when I asked her questions her answers were " if you want to or if you think so. she never gave me any advise and she asked to see my scalp all the while being seated. It took her not even 3 minutes to talk to me. I was very disappointed after she was so highly recommended. I will never go see her again. Money wasted.

I saw another Dermatologist in the area, had a biopsy of a lesion on my forehead. When they informed that it was indeed cancerous I was told they could not see me for another 2 months. Who wants to wait that long to have it removed? Dr. Jordan was able to see me within days and removed the lesion. Her bedside manner was great, she made me feel very at ease. I have been following up for 2 years now and have had good experiences at each visit. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Went for a simple procedure in the office, ended up with a terrible infection and 4 days in the hospital, 7 weeks of antibiotics, and a huge bill, no help from Jordan or her staff . Just hoping no one else goes here.

I am thankful for my experience, with Dr Marlee. She was kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my questions. I have a chronic condition that wasn't under control and I was frustrated, with little hope. She took the time, and helped me to find the best treatment options. I can't thank her enough, and as I write I have to apologize for thinking that because she is a NP that she was not good enough. I am sorry. She far exceeded my expectations! Thank you

I was late to my appointment and the NP still graciously agreed to see me. She was kind, her bedside manner was absolutely wonderful, and she took the time to answer all my questions and conduct a thorough exam. I am appreciative to the office staff for their kindness. I am extremely grateful for my experience with the NP. Many thanks.

It's always a pleasure seeing Marlee and her staff. She is always smiling! We are at the office frequently because of my husband, and we always enjoy our visits with Marlee. She is kind and thorough. Thank you!
