Dr. Karen Elizabeth Knapp, MD

I was told that I might need surgery. Was to upset to ask questions. Had my husband call who is a physician to ask additional questions. Dr Knapp was horrible rude to him refusing to talk to him.

Dr Knapp is very the best at what she does and goes above and beyond her job...she is one of a kind and there is no other like her!!

I met Dr. Knapp because I wanted a IUD. the first time I met her, I was extremely happy. She was very nice, straight professional, gave me a hug at the end of my visit. I couldn't believe it. How cool was that. I had found my new doctor ( i thought to myself). Since then I go when I need to. I even went last year when my insurance had changed and her office was no longer taking my plan. I had to pay out of my pocket and will do it again. I completely trust her. I truly believe she does what she does and how she does it because she has a love for it. Yepppp, I love my gyn!!!

I am shocked and dismayed at the billing practices where Dr. Knapp works. The place regularly logs patient visits improperly, and refuses to re-log them, leaving the patient to have to spend months negotiating with insurance companies. Whereas my insurance company would cover the claim if it was billed properly, it was unable to do so without Dr. Knapp's O.K. All that was required was for her to state the procedure that she ordered I do was medically necessary. Not only did she refuse to write a note of that kind, she refused to have the visit re-billed, she was rude, unprofessional, and basically left the conversation mid-way. I would have assumed she had a bad day, but I have had friends of mine who had similar experiences, which leads me to believe the office has some kind of gain from having patients pay the bill, rather than their insurance company.

Hands down the best doctor & have never had a less that 5 star experience. I would follow Dr. Knapp anywhere to ensure I keep her as my doctor!

Dr. Knapp was recommended to me by two of my best girlfriends and I've been seeing her for several years now. She is one of the kindest people I've ever met and truly cares about her patients. I've never felt more comfortable at a dr's office. She really listens and treats her patients with compassion and respect.

I am absolutely very happy with the care Karen Knapp gives. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to and explains things so anyone can understand. I have recommended her to several friends and they love her too.

Dr. Knapp does not just wait for me to ask questions about my and my special needs daughter's health. She asks the right questions to start meaningful conversations and I am certain she is a caring partner in our healthcare. She is one of the best medical professionals I have ever met.
