Dr. Karen Jean-Ther Lee, MD

I came in as a patient without insurance coverage. I was told to pay $250 upfront for the consultation and Xrays. I question the $100 for Xrays and $150 for Office Visit before being seen by Dr. Lee. No flexibility there otherwise I could not see the Dr. at all. I Zelle and waited. The Xrays was broken and it was not necessary after all. The offer me sandals and inserts for sale but I bought nothing. Before leaving I requested my refund. Dr. Karen Lee said to buy the shoes and come back for her correct insoles. A credit would be given afterwards. Despite my phone calls and in person visits to the office for now 4 weeks, I have only received $50 NOT $100, because Dr. Karen Lee increased her fee from $150 to $200 WITHOUT my consent. If the practice made a mistake it is not my responsibility to pay more than what it was agreed at the time of service.
