Had another patient’s chart open on her computer; called me by that patient’s name. A doctor who doesn’t care enough to ensure he or she knows a patient’s correct identity is uncaring and potentially dangerous. Criticized me for having sought a second opinion. Refused to help at all. I do not recommend Karen Nelson.

Dr. Nelson is amazing. She has helped my pain so much. Without her, I would be living a life filled with pain. She is a life saver. Highly reccomended. She has a caring and thoughtful personality.

Not only did she fail at managing my pain but she called me a drug seeker. I am still in chronic pain. She doesn't fulfill her oath as a doctor and could careless about your pain as long as your insurance pays up. Never a follow up or anything else once she labels you.

She was the first doctor to listen to me and diagnosed me with RSD. I was having severe pain for nine months after a car accident. I had been to at least 15 doctors. She was my life saver because I was close to ending it all.
