Dr. Karen Nepveu, MD

I was in Dr. Nepveu's office a total of 4 hours. 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room, 2 1/2 hours in her office being grilled with inappropriate questions. Her notes were odd and completely off base.

Seen for 3yrs or more, never got a diagnosis or helpful treatment. Makes patients wait between 3 to 5 hours just for a scheduled appointment and doesn't seem knowledgeable in the field of medicine.

I have never waited so long in an office before. I was her first appointment and she was not in the building for 1 3/4 hours. Then my appointment lasted 2 hours. She talked about everything but my problem. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back

I've waited as long as 3-1/2 hours after my scheduled time to see the doctor. I see no reason for this, as scheduling can be done much better. Overbooking is what this is called. It ensures a good day of billing. Good doctor, but needs to grow a personality as well.

If you have n appointment set for 10:00 a.m., be prepared not to get in to see her until at least noon. Then you are with her for an hour to an hour and a half. She is good at what she does but talks way too much.

Be ready to wait in the office, maybe several hours. The first visit she spent several hours with me and was extremely thorough. The 2nd visit, it seemed to me she wanted me out of the office. As she was walking out the door, I asked her for a diagnosis and, since she didn't seem to want it, who should be managing my care.

I arrived for my noon appointment and by 12:40 she was not in the building. I was then told it was a 3 hour appointment which I had not been told prior. I had to leave and never even got to see the doctor. Poor communication and the front desk really didn't seem to care and said it "happened all the time"

After an extremely long initial appointment asking about my childrens jobs, education etc ( 2 hours) Finally an mri was ordered n my next appointment which i waited 2 hours and 20 min for, she never called me back with results. I got them from my primart and am being treated elsewhere.
