unfriendly staff. Ouestionable, inaccurate diagnosis. Is this Dr. still practicing medicine?

Thia was thr worst dr. experience of my life. I had to wait for 40 before even getting into a room. She never diagnosed me correctly and her beside mann er was rude, rude, rude. She keeps skipping around from different locations. Why?

She diagnosed me at first visit with a very serious and rare condition - I had been to 3 ERs and none could tell me what was wrong and would send me away - she is a great doctor

Our over all experience with Dr. Pentella was very good. She is a good listener and spends time with the patient in diagnosing the problem. she made us feel comfortable in her office we feel better in meeting her as we were looking for a neurologist and didn't know who to see. I would recommend her to anyone intrested in finding a good Neurologist.

Overall she was an excellent MD and was the only Neurologis who was able to fix my migraines

Dr. office did not cancel an expensive test with Athena Diagnostics, resulting in $9,600 bill sent to myself. Dr. office did not get preapproval from GHP, did not cancel the order, has not responded to correspondence, and has never called me for an appointment to discuss test results. Dr. office totally dropped the ball handling this test.
