She was a sweet and caring doctor, she didn’t treat me like I was not her equal, she was very kind and listened to me. As I was reading the reviews I was like is this the same doctor I saw today that your writing about? Yes I waited awhile but when I was in there she looked me in the eye and listened. You have to ask your self did you write these rude comments about her because you think she’s not your equal? Dr. Reid Renner is my physician. N I have been seeing her for approximately 9 yrs. I drive over 25 miles to see her. This is how much I trust n have faith, n confidence in her medical expertise. I've worked in the public sector before, for many years. So I know about chronic complainers. Dr. Reid Renner is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the medical field. Very professional, but also very compassionate. Listen, TRUST is a very big word. N I don't give mine to just anyone. But I do TRUST HER COMPLETELY. Her staff is very kind n helpful. A very special shout out to KATRINA her nurse. I saw other physicians before I was fortunate to find Dr. Reid Renner. I just did not feel we were a good match. But when I cease to see them. It was on good terms. No animosity towards them at all. So I have to question someone's character who would leave a very outlandish review. Iam honest n professional. Dr Reid-Renner is truly unique. She is attentive and cares for her patients. I was perimenopausal and she guided me through the myths of hormone therapy into the wonderful truth. I am a changed woman because my bioidentical hormones! You should always ask questions, do your research and go to a doctor who understands your situation.

Dr. Renner is a great doctor. She is my regular doctor and I go to her spa. I have had microneedling done twice, Botox done three times, fillers done tree times, she is amazing with her technique. She also does hormone pellets which I have done three times now and do not want to go without. She listens to you and is caring. She will not steer you wrong. She has a educated in her field. She is really nice and so is her staff. I am a health professional and know what I’m talking about, you won’t find a better doctor in town. Kay C.

Disorganized, distracted, and a different front office crew every few months. Is she that hard to work for? Hmmm. Everything fell apart when NP Jody Root left. I found her waiting room to be filthy and afraid to sit down. Her kids always running around and her husband the whole time. Idk if they live there or not. She gets all confused and flustered and then literally yells at you for it! Reviews on her page many are from Saudi Arabia and different countries, or no where near her office. You can pay for a service to “like my page.” There’s even a fb page group if you don’t believe me. Google for lawsuits with her name. She says she went to Harvard but her diplomas read differently. Please think twice and research this place before you go!!!!

She ran behind with the patients but likely because she spends a lot of time with them. That's the best part of her, I guess. She is invested in her patients. However, she believes she can "see your soul". She wanted to remove me from a seizure medication I had been on for years to "try something else" because she wasn't sure the specialist who had been treating me had gotten it right. She also asked why I had a PTSD/anxiety diagnosis. I explained that I had a history of assault and she told me to forgive my abuser. It was really, really awful. I left then only to be stuck waiting behind an irate patient screaming at her office staff while I waited for them to "finish my paperwork". There is a reason there is no waiting list. I waited for weeks to get into her and then waited for weeks to find another provider but I thankfully found someone else. If you want someone who is grounded in reality and focuses on the science of medicine, this is not the person for you.

I thought she was very caring. i think a lot of patients may not like her because she is stern and cares about your overall health. I had a pleasant experience and am a new patient and loved her new staff

Love this woman. Very open-minded and treats you like a person, not just another patient
