Dr. Karen Carole Reid

Dr. Reid's office is as determined, knowledgeable and professional as she is! I had a cracked tooth, but after xrays, it was determined it was a fill that had disintegrated. I love this office and every staff member there. All have been kind and caring and thorough in my dental care.

It was not a bad experience even though I was very nervous to go to the dentist and know that I would have a tooth extracted.

She always trys to be reasonable when it comes to charges. Would never go anywhere else for my dental needs.

i had an appt at 1140 i was early i was told by the supervisor that there are three people ahead of us . I waited and waitedvuntil 5 people went ahead , finally us . It was ridiculous and this is by appointment . Walk ins are worse , I wait 3 hrs for walk ins . So when I make an appointment I expect to be seen as sceduled , but no I still have to wait and freaking wait . It was awful

Work on wait time/ lots of business could use bigger office
